Ronald R. Blanck

Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Ronald R. Blanck, D.O., was the 39th Surgeon General of the United States Army (1996 to 2000). He was a doctor of osteopathic medicine and the only such physician ever appointed Surgeon General of the Army.
