Ronald Palmer is the current Physical Performance Manager (Head Trainer) with the Sydney Roosters.
He was served on the training staff with the Roosters since being recruited by club legend Arthur Beetson in 1987. Prior to joining the training staff; Ronald Palmer played football (league) for Balmain however an injury forced him to reconsider his career options.
Since becoming a trainer; he has served on the staff of both the New South Wales State of Origin Team and the Australian Kangaroos. He is one the most seasoned trainer in the NRL.
A dedicated member of staff; his efforts has been at the forefront of the development of the Sydney Roosters.
