Ronald Gutiérrez Flores (born December 2, 1979 in San José de Pocitos,Tarija) is a Bolivian football midfielder who currently plays in the Turkcell Super League with Bursaspor.

His former clubs are Chaco Petrolero FC, The Strongest FC and La Paz F.C. He has been capped for the Bolivian national team.

During the 2007 season, he was the best player in the Bolivian First Division, leading La Paz F.C. to a berth in the Copa Libertadores 2008. He signed with Bursaspor in January 2008.
