Ronald James Romanick (born November 6, 1960 in Burley, Idaho) was a Major-League right-handed pitcher for the California Angels from 1984-1986.

He worked as a minor-league pitching coordinator for the Oakland Athletics from 1999-2007. On October 17, 2007, the A's announced that he would be promoted to the parent club, as their bullpen coach, replacing Brad Fischer, who was fired on October 6. Prior to his service with the A's, Romanick worked as a pitching coordinator with the Seattle Mariners.

April 5, 1984: Made his major-league debut against the Boston Red Sox. Started, pitched seven innings, giving up three runs on six hits, one walk, one strikeout, credited with a no-decision as he left with a 2-0 lead and the Angel bullpen gave up seven runs over the final two innings.

April 11, 1984: First big-league victory. Tossed 8⅔ innings, giving up five runs on eight hits in defeating the Milwaukee Brewers 9-5.

May 20, 1984: Threw a three-hit shutout against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.

June 20, 1985: Threw a four-hit shutout at Cleveland.

July 5 - July 31, 1985: Won five consecutive decisions.

July 21, 1986: Final game. Lasted just 4⅔ innings against the Brewers. Gave up five runs on eight hits. Took the loss.
