Ron Henry born 17 August 1934 Shoreditch, London retired footballer.

Made debut for Tottenham Hotspur in 1955 as a centre half but converted to left back. Honours include being a member of The Double winning side of 1961,FA Cup 1962,European Cup Wnners Cup1963. Represented England once against France 1963. Played 247 1st team games for Tottenham.

Ron lives in Redbourn Herts and owns a 14 acre bedding plant nursery, and owns many homing pigeons. Ron's grandson Ronnie Henry plays for Stevenage Borough
