Ron Duncan, a martial arts master, former US Marine, and known as the Father of American Ninjitsu. Born in Panama,[1] Ron Duncan was also a karate student of Don Nagle.[2][3] Ron also was a student of Judo, Boxing, Hakko Ryu Jujitsu, Dai-nippon Jujitsu Ryu, Sosuishi Ryu, Kin Dai Gakko Ryu, Aikido, Aiki-Jujitsu, Kempo, Kobujitsu (weaponry )[1] Ron, along with Stephen K. Hayes and Masaaki Hatsumi helped to popularize Ninjitsu in the United States in the 1970's and the 1980's.[4] Given the title of Professor Ron Duncan.[5] Ron has amassed over 200 shooting awards.[6]
