[edit] Unexplained content removal

On 5 April 2008 I contributed early career content in the Career section of this article. I also included references for each group referred to in the following text:

"From 1998-2000, Roselli wrestled as a heel for the wrestling video company Junior Pro Wrestling Association (JPWA) as Johnny Heartbreaker, appearing in at least 18 videos. Roselli also appeared on 1 video for the wrestling video company BG East Wrestling as Johnny Romano."

The text was modified, and the 2 references were deleted completely.

I also added 6 links in the External Links section, which were deleted.

On 6 April 2008, user KOKO25 removed the reference links from the text, as well as the external links I included. This user also made minor modifications to contribution by other editors. These content deletions were done without any Edit Summary given.

The information/references/links I added are neutral, verifiable, relevant, and meets standards for biographical articles. I do not understand under what criteria this was deleted, and believe this content should be returned to the article. (I am especially confused by removing the references that make the added career information verifiable.)

I would appreciate any feedback from other editors (especially KOKO25) about this matter. Thank you! Spanky dreamr (talk) 04:28, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

I have not heard feedback about this unexplained content removal. I am returning the content, but would be happy to discuss this if needed. In viewing history for the article, it appears similar early career content has been added more than once by several editors since 2005. Beginning in 2007, KOKO25 has deleted contributions of several editors without explanation. There might be POV or other issues. This editor does not have a user or talk page. [edit] Additional references needed

I have changed the Unreferenced tag to Refimprove tag. I have added some citations and wikilinks, and continue to research more to improve this article. I have had no luck finding references for the movie roles listed at the bottom of the Career section. Though Roselli is listed on the IMDB page for "The Wrestler", IMDB should not be used as a sole reference. I could not find other references for the other acting or personal training listed in this article. I find this information interesting, and think it is of value to the article, but it seems to only be information from Roselli's personal web site. If you are able to find any references for this, or other parts, please add them. Spanky dreamr (talk) 17:56, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Repeated unexplained content removal

User:KOKO25 continues to delete contributions to this article without explanation or discussion.

I have strived to increase the quality of his article, adding wiki links, references, and external links. The first time my content was removed, I posted my concerns here in the hopes that we could discuss and reach consensus. Now User:KOKO25 has deleted even more of my contributions without explanation. I am especially frustrated that this editor has been deleting references I am researching for existing content in the article. User:KOKO25 has also deleted tags asking for citations on unverifiable information, which I attempted to research for reference.

I believe in good faith that everything I have contributed to this article fits Wikipedia guidelines for neutrality, verifiability, and the other 5 pillars, as well as conforming to guidelines about biographies of living persons.

Some of my contributions have been similar to those of other editors that User:KOKO25 has also deleted without explanation, as shown in the article history. The separate attempts by several editors over multiple years to add similar content seems to show consensus for facts in this article.

This editor did not have a userpage or talk page, so I created a Talk Page for User:KOKO25 and expressed my concerns. I am hoping this editor joins in discussion. Looking at contributions, I am somewhat concerned about possible Single-purpose account , Neutral Point of View, or Conflict of Interest.

I appreciate your enthusiam for this particular person and article, however a lot of where you are getting your information must be inaccurate. For example, The Heartbreakers only did a one shot appearance for TNA, and were never signed to contracts to begin with, so therefore could not have been "released" months later. Also, despite what you may have read elsewhere, they are never appeared for the AWA.

This site will always be a work in progress, and it should be a biography that highlights his entire life and career. However it seems that people have come on here and are trying to exploit and highlight some questionable career moves made by this individual instead of simply covering all news equally. —Preceding unsigned comment added by KOKO25 (talkcontribs) 14:46, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
