[edit] Fixing WP:SIZE in IBS article

Hi, I'm moving this description of the Rome Process for diagnosing IBS into here to reduce the length of the IBS article (94K) and also to followup with Good Article Review from 10-2006. Gastro guy 17:12, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Problems with IBS

Folks, i have 6 symptoms described in Rome II for IBS BUT the hallmark of my disease is a m*th*rf*ck*ng pain that wakes me up after sleeping for 6 hours AND "Pain that awakens you from sleep" is a red flag for symptons that DO NOT go for IBS. Then i´ve searched over the whole internet and haven´t found ANYTHING that correlates with abdominal pain that awakens. So can anyone tell me to which pathology is the awakening abdominal pain associated? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.20.120.123 (talk) 00:53, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
