[edit] Ordinaries

Bishops by virtue of their episcopal consecration obtain the fullness of the priesthood and exercise ordinary jurisdiction. While I remain uncertain as to whether Fathers Bachelot and Gross possess ordinary jurisdiction, I believe that they have a very limited by special jurisdiction according to the 1983, Code of Canon Law. Perhaps, after sufficient research into this, a decision can be made as to whether to delete or retain Fathers Bachelot and Gross under the listing of Ordinaries.
