The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tumaco {Latin: Tumacoën(sis)} is a diocese located in the city of Tumaco in the Ecclesiastical province of Popayán in Colombia.

- May 1, 1927: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Tumaco from the Diocese of Cali and Diocese of Pasto
- February 7, 1961: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Tumaco
- October 29, 1999: Promoted as Diocese of Tumaco
