The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kotor (in latin: Dioecesis Catharensis) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Boka Kotorska, Montenegro. It is centred in the city of Kotor (the venetian Cattaro). It was erected as a diocese in the 10th century.

The diocese's cathedral is the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon in Kotor. Ilija Janjić currently serves as bishop in the diocese.

Actually 10,000 of the 50,000 people of the territory of the "Dioecesis Catharensis" (or 20% of the total) are Catholic.

The territory of the Diocese of Kotor (the Venetian Cattaro) is exactly the same as the historical Albania Veneta of the Republic of Venice, ended by Napoleon in 1797 (the Albania Veneta was mostly Catholic and Venetian speaking).
