The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kayes {Latin: Kayesen(sis)} is a diocese located in the city of Kayes in the Ecclesiastical province of Bamako in Mali.

• June 12, 1947: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Kayes from the Apostolic Vicariate of Bamako
• July 6, 1963: Promoted as Diocese of Kayes
