The Roman Catholic Diocese of Caacupé {Latin: Caacupen(sis)} is a diocese located in the city of Caacupé in the Ecclesiastical province of Asunción in Paraguay.

- On August 2, 1960, the Territorial Prelature of Caacupé was established from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Asunción and Diocese of Concepción
