Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tuxtla Gutiérrez

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tuxtla Gutiérrez is a Metropolitan Archdiocese in Mexico. Based in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, it is responsible for the suffragan dioceses of San Cristóbal de Las Casas and Tapachula. Pope Benedict XVI elevated it to the level of an archdiocese on 25 November 2006.
