The Roman-Catholic Church in Piešťany, dedicated to St. Stephan, is in the old town of Piešťany, Slovakia and is a national cultural monument. The first mention of the Roman Catholic parish and church is from the year 1332.

Today's church was built in the years 1828-1832 in classic-empire style. Its walls began to split and also one arch of choir began to split. The church was affected by two earthquakes.

Statics with help of sounds discovered that basements of church are on very good floor.
