Roma, Lesotho

Roma is a city in the Maseru District of Lesothosome 34 kilometers south-east of Maseru, the capital of Lesotho. The Roma valley is broad and is surrounded by a barrier of rugged mountains which provides magnificent scenery. Founded in 1860 by missionaries, Roma is home to the National University of Lesotho and has about 8,000 inhabitants.
