Would it perhaps be more indicative the surviving literature that we call Greek mythology and Roman mythology to use instead a category to be called Classical mythology?

E.g. the story of the Siege of Troy in general is Classical mythology, the Odyssey is Greek mythology, and the Aeneid is Roman mythology.

[edit] Juno the Godess, related research

I've done a little surface research on Roman mythology. After some probing, the godess Juno took on many names as she assisted females in marriage. An authorative source can be found here [1]. There are many stubs in Roman ancient mythology that can be expanded and this could be looked into with someone with greater understanding.

That site may be a good for other information in ancient mythology. --..micky 10:20, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
