Rolv Petter Amdam

Rolv Petter Storvik Amdam (born 1953) is a Norwegian historian.

He graduated from the University of Oslo with a cand.mag. degree in 1981, took the cand.philol. degree in 1985 and took the dr.philos. degree in 1998. In 1997 he was appointed at the Norwegian School of Management as professor of economic history, having been an associate professor since 1991.

He has published 29 articles in international academic journals, and has been a peer reviewer for several publications, and publishing houses such as Routledge, Cambridge University Press and Sage Publications.
