Rolando Bichara

Rolando Bichara (b. April 10, 1952) is a veteran South Florida banker who is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of Premier American Bank, which is based in Miami, Florida. His banking career spans over 35 years. Bichara worked with Republic National Bank from 1976-1984. From there, he went on to Ocean Bank, where he spent nearly 20 years, from 1984 to 2004. Bichara began at Ocean Bank as a Vice President and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Lending. From 1999-2004 he served as Executive Vice President and a Director of Ocean Bank. At that capacity, he managed the day-to-day activities of the Bank. In 2005, he moved on to Premier American Bank, where he was subsequently appointed CEO & Vice Chairman. In 2007, he also became the Bank's Chairman and President. Bichara resides in Miami with his wife and two sons. He served on the Board of Directors of Brothers of the Good Shepard/Camilus House and was a founding member of the Miami Christian Chamber of Commerce.
