The Roland U-20 is a musical keyboard and rompler produced by the Roland Corporation released in 1989. Note that 1-unit rack mount version is labelled as U-220. This model originated from older U-110 model (released in mid 1988).

It's an RS-PCM keyboard so its ROM-sampled PCM keyboard ( rompler ) and its synthesizer functions are limited mostly to combining existing samples (as opposed to sampler ), although sound can be customized through editing its ADSR envelope and applying DSP effects.

Thanks to its popularity, there exists dedicated software for editing sound settings from a computer via MIDI connection. There are also hardware presets in programs like Cubase allowing easier communication.
