The building is made of copper clad consisting of 9 storeys and 13,000 square metres (140,000 sq ft) of floor space.[1] The Civil and Structural Engineers were UK-based engineering consultancy Scott Wilson. The building has been named in memory of Roland Levinsky, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Plymouth.
