Rolan Gusev (Russian: Ролан Александрович Гусев) (born 17 September 1977 in Ashkhabad, USSR, now Turkmenistan) is a Russian international footballer. He is a right midfielder and plays for FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. He is known for his dribbling and crossing.

Rolan Gusev was born in Ashkhabad but moved to Moscow at the age of 9. He attended the Dynamo football school.

Gusev played for Dynamo Moscow since 1997 and transferred to the city rivals CSKA in 2002. With CSKA he won two Russian championships, two Russian Cups and the UEFA Cup.

As of 1 January 2006 Rolan Gusev scored 54 goals in his 236 appearances in the Russian Premier League. He played 2 matches for Russia at Euro 2004.
