[edit] Table of biofuel crop yields
I'm sorry but I still am not sure about the source/s of all this info: which published source has it come from? More specifically, consider the line of Soybean data (as an example): "soybean 375 446 335 48". Exactly where do I go to verify this data? Johnfos (talk) 03:56, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
- this info is in the referenced page [1]
Soybean Glycine max 46
- the other figures you quoted were simple unit conversions from that. I see what you mean now though - the figures all seem to be inflated by 2 gallons per acre. It seems it was like this when Ddelpercio first added the info, so she either inflated the figures herself or they were like that when she sourced them from the Petroleum club. Either way - while that Petroleum club source remains unverifiable, the data should probably be manually updated to the ACTUAL verifiable data in the references that we DID find. (ie: all should be reduced 2 gallons per acre). I'd still like to know why the Petroleum Club's data is inflated by 2 gallons per acre though, assuming goodwill.
