Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (ロート製薬株式会社 Rōto Seiyaku Kabushiki-gaisha?) (TYO: 4527) is a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Tatsumi-nishi, Ikuno-ku, Osaka, Japan. Rohto is the first-half sponsor of SMAP × SMAP (produced by Kansai TV and Fuji TV).

Rohto is also the owner of American-based company Mentholatum, the makers of Softlips lip-care products and WellPatch heat rub products.
