Rising Above is a professional wrestling pay-per-view promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on December 29, 2007 from the Manhattan Center in New York, New York and first aired on March 7, 2008.[1]

- Daizee Haze defeated Lacey and Sara Del Rey in a Triple Threat match (6:26)
- Haze pinned Lacey after a Mind Trip.
- After the match, Tammy Sytch attacked Lacey after she began to insult her when she complimented three competitors.
- Delirious defeated Brent Albright (w/Adam Pearce) (6:11)
- Kevin Steen and El Generico defeated The Age of the Fall (Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black) (w/Lacey), The Hangmen 3 (Adam Pearce and BJ Whitmer), and The Vulture Squad (Jack Evans and Ruckus) (w/Julius Smokes) in a Tag Team Scramble Match (7:31)
- Steen pinned Black after a Package piledriver followed by a Brainbuster from Generico.
- Before the match, Jigsaw and Necro Butcher had brawled to the locker room.
- Davey Richards defeated Erick Stevens (9:52)
- Richards forced Stevens to submit with the Kimura Lock.
- During the match, Stevens was repeatedly distracted by Daniel Puder, who was in the audience.
- Claudio Castagnoli defeated Chris Hero (w/Larry Sweeney, Tank Toland and Bobby Dempsey) (9:20)
- Castagnoli pinned Hero after a Ricola Bomb.
- The stipulation for the match was if Castagnoli lost, he would have to leave Ring of Honor.
- Nigel McGuinness defeated Austin Aries to retain the ROH World Championship (23:16)
- Dark match: Necro Butcher defeated Jigsaw, Matt Cross and Mitch Franklin in a Four Way Fray
- Necro pinned Franklin after punching him in the face.
- Jigsaw pinned Cross with a roll-up.
- Necro pinned Jigsaw with a Tiger Driver to win the match.
- Bryan Danielson defeated Takeshi Morishima by disqualification (8:20)
- Morishima was disqualified after repeatedly stomping on Danielson’s testicles, followed by shoving the referee to the ground.
- The Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark) defeated the No Remorse Corps (Roderick Strong and Rocky Romero) in a Two out of three falls match to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship (21:45)
- Strong pinned Jay with a Gibson Driver to win the first fall.
- Prior to this, the Briscoes had not lost a single fall in four straight two-out-of-three-falls matches in ROH.
- Mark pinned Strong win a jackknife pin to win the second fall.
- Jay pinned Strong after a Spike J-Driller to win the third fall.
- Dark match: Naomichi Marufuji defeated Claudio Castagnoli
- Marufuji pinned Castagnoli with a Armlock inside cradle.
- After the match, Daniel Puder ran out and attacked Castagnoli.
