Respect is Earned was a professional wrestling pay-per-view promoted by Ring of Honor. It is the promotion's first PPV. It took place on May 12, 2007 from the Manhattan Center in New York, New York, and first aired on PPV on July 1, 2007.[1]

- Dark match: Brent Albright defeated Tank Toland (w/Larry Sweeney and Bobby Dempsey) (6:48)
- Albright pinned Toland after a Half Nelson Suplex.
- Takeshi Morishima defeated BJ Whitmer to retain the ROH World Championship (2:50)
- Morishima pinned Whitmer after a Backdrop Driver.
- After the match, both Nigel McGuinness and Bryan Danielson challenged Morishima for the ROH World Championship. Morishima and Danielson then attacked McGuinness.
- Naomichi Marufuji defeated Rocky Romero (16:04)
- Dark match: Davey Richards defeated Erick Stevens (10:04)
- Richards forced Stevens to submit.
- The Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark) defeated Claudio Castagnoli and Matt Sydal to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship (20:11)
- Jay Briscoe pinned Sydal after a Springboard Doomsday Device.
- After the match, Kevin Steen and El Generico brawled with the Briscoe Brothers ending with Mark Briscoe suffering a mild concussion from a steel chair shot.
- Dark match: Sara Del Rey defeated Daizee Haze (5:50)
- Del Rey pinned Haze.
- Dark match: Kevin Steen and El Generico defeated Irish Airborne (Jake Crist and Dave Crist), Pelle Primeau and Mitch Franklin, and Jimmy Rave and Adam Pearce (w/Shane Hagadorn) in a Tag Team Scramble match (7:33)
- Steen pinned Dave Crist with a Package Piledriver.
- Roderick Strong defeated Delirious (21:38)
- Strong pinned Delirious after a Gibson Driver.
- After the match, Delirious was attacked by the No Remorse Corps (Strong, Davey Richards and Rocky Romero) until Erick Stevens made the save.
- Takeshi Morishima and Bryan Danielson defeated Nigel McGuinness and KENTA (26:31)
- Danielson forced KENTA to submit to the Cattle Mutilation.
