Description

The full caption for this photograph reads: Rohwer Relocation Center, McGehee, Arkansas. A 5-day Boy Scout Camp on the bank of the Mississippi River was composed of nearly a hundred boys from the Rohwer Center, a few less form the Jerome Center, together with a small troop from the nearby town of Arkansas City.
