Since you are the primary contributor to the page in question, it would be a nice thing for you to do if you would voluntarily agree to not use the image at the photographer's request. Can he legally force you not to? Maybe not, but that isn't the point - it's a reasonable request for you not to use a photo of his in such a way that is potentially going to cause problems for him. There are plenty of public domains photos of Scouts that are long dead that you could use and thus get whatever benefit it is you get out of having such a thing, but would not cause harm to a child, to Scouting, or to a Scout leader. --B (talk) 00:02, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

I Would take the photographers wish into account, and even began discution with said person. Simple because the wink is art based, and we do our besst to respect your artist's wishes. But I do not grant you premise of harm is being done--Roguebfl (talk) 05:50, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
