I am an Englishman from Sunderland and Durham in the North East of England. I went to university at the University of Manchester before travelling and working in Russia, Italy and Spain.
In this last I decided to stay, making my home in Madrid and marrying a Spanish girl. I have lived in Madrid for some eight years and have worked as a property developer for the last five. As a result my Spanish is absolutely fluent and idiomatic. However, as my Spanish has been acquired, not learnt, it contains certain fossilised grammatical errors. --Rogerrogelio 09:02, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
