[edit] Reversion of August 2005 Censorship

Thanks to Wikipedia Scanner, it's become apparent that significant portions of this article were censored back in August of 2005, and that the edits were never caught or reverted. Perhaps equally as disturbing as the fact that half the content of a page, including all its references, could be wiped out and never reverted, is the fact that the edits were performed by the US State Department. Anyway, I'd like to merge the old information and references back into the current article, so with no objections (posted here on the talk page), I'll do so in perhaps 3 days time.
