I believe you'd create one called Roger Jones (musician) and then add a disambiguation link to the top of this page. See this page plange 07:16, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

umm, is this the guy who said "I think of lotteries as a tax on the mathematically challenged."? cuz i know it was a dude named roger jones, and he's a mathematician...
