Why do Roger and Roger Jr share a page?

Again, this article misses out mention and the story of this character's appearance in Tekken Tag....

It isn't needed because it never happened. - The 4th Snake 18:28, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

Probably for the same reason that Jack, Jack-2, Prototype Jack, Gun Jack, Jack-4, and Jack-5 share a page. They have similar moves and the same name. There is no storyline in Tekken Tag Tournament. It's just a game that allows a player to use every fighting style and almost every fighter. The best that you could do is to add his ending in that game. However, Roger and Roger Jr. do not have an "Endings" section, and they don't really need one. - KristiRenee / October 28, 2006.

[edit] Sharing pages

I also think that Roger and Roger Jr. shouldn't share pages. They are completely different characters. It's like having Kazuya and Heihachi share a page. Also the Jacks should share a page not because of moves, but because they are different iterations of one model. Jagzthebest 18:33, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article Title

In my opinion it was best to leave the Roger and Alex seperated as articles rather than merge and they should have been expanded. But that doesn't matter. The only thing that does though, is why the title simply reads Roger, which is very misleading for some who are looking for 'Alex'. The title needs to be changed. How about Roger/Alex (Tekken). JTBX 14:37, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

An umbrella title was needed. Calling the article Roger/Alex/Roger Jr. was impractical. Roger has made the most appearances and was the primary costume when he was playable. Does that answer your question, JagztheBest? Michael Mad 18:17, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Who is JagstheBest? and secondaly I was just wanted to point this out as it might confuse some, but it is fine regardless. It is a palette swap. Oh and I think Miharu might need to be merged with Xiaoyu but it might already be done. JTBX 15:24, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

Image:Rogert5dr.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
