Roger Park

Roger C. Park is a law professor at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, who specializes in evidence. He received his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Case Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He has also served as a law clerk for Judge Bailey Aldrich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

He is author of the textbook, Evidence: Cases and Materials (Thomson West Foundation Press 2005), along with Jon R. Waltz, and numerous publications on Evidence, including: A Subject Matter Approach to Hearsay Reform, 86 Mich. L. Rev. 51 (1987), and Character at the Crossroads, 49 Hastings L.J. 717 (1998).
