Roger A. Madigan is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate who has represented the 23rd District since 1984. He represented 110th district of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1976-1984. Madigan served as an insurance underwriter from 1964-1977 and as a dairy farmer from 1951-1964. He is currently a crop and tree farmer
