Roger Anthony Bull

Roger Anthony Bull is a former Canadian diplomat. He was appointed Chargé d'Affairs a.i. to Italy then later appointed concurrently as High Commissioner to Zimbabwe and Botswana and as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Angola and Zimbabwe.
