Roelof ("Roel") Johan Luynenburg (born May 23, 1945 in Haarlem, Noord-Holland) is a retired rower from the Netherlands, who represented his native country twice at the Summer Olympics, starting in 1968 (Mexico City, Mexico). Four years later in Munich, West Germany, he won the bronze medal in the men's coxless pairs alongside Ruud Stokvis, clocking 6:58.70 in the final.
