Talk:Rodan
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I've seen it said that "Radon" was a British brand of soap and *that's* why the name was changed. Can anyone verify that such a thing exists? Ken Arromdee 04:26, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
Yes, Ive heard that too.Not sure of its credibility though.(219.88.54.53 08:09, 12 November 2005 (UTC))
It could also be that Radon is a hazardous chemical(IIRC). Maybe there's legal issues involved. Anguirus111 11:24 26 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Rodan's beam
Rodan also has a limited breath weapon of its own, as seen in the 1956 movie
What?! Thanos6 10:10, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
Rodan can produce gusts from its beak. The monster equivalent of blowing, nothing that would qualify it has a beam or breath weapon. The only time Rodan gains a beam weapon is in the Heisei Godzilla film, "Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II".
When was Rodan in Family Guy?
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:GojivRodan.jpg
Image:GojivRodan.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Mork and Mindy
In the fourth season, when Mork shows Mindy the egg he laid, he said he knew what he wanted to call the baby. Rodan. Later, however, the baby was named Mearth. GBC (talk) 05:53, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
