Rodolfo Noel Lozada

Rodolfo Noel Imperial Lozada, Jr. or popularly known as Jun Lozada is the former president of the Philippine Forest Corporation, under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the star witness of the ZTE scandal.

Lozada graduated from the University of Santo Tomas at Manila in 1984 with a degree in electronics and communications engineering.
