Rodolfo Campo Soto

Rodolfo Campo Soto (born August 15, 1942 in Valledupar, Cesar) is a Colombian politician and Mechanical engineer from the Univeridad Industrial de Santander (UIS) in 1965. Campo-Soto was mayor of Valledupar on two occasions representing the Colombian Conservative Party from 1992 to 1994 and from 1998 to 2000.[1]
