Rodney Colin Williams (born April 25, 1977 in Decatur, Georgia) is a former American football punter in the NFL who played for the New York Giants. He wore the number 2.

He was Georgia Tech's super star punter back in his college days, and later went on to play in the National Football League. He is the holder of 3 NFL records, the most notable being a 90yard punt on Monday Night Football, September 10, 2001.

He was a journeyman in the NFL, punting for many teams and never securing the punting role for himself. He is known as the only African-American punter in the NFL. He is now out of the league after not signing with a team since 2004. He does appear as a free agent punter in the videogames Madden NFL 2005, Madden NFL 06, Madden NFL 07, and Madden NFL 08 And Madden NFL 09
