Armenian-born Rodger Azadganian is a visionary hairstylist and founder of several upscale salons in Seattle, Washington.
Azadganian has over twenty years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry, originally training with Vidal Sassoon’s Scott Cole and styling hair for shows by designers such as Michael Kors, Donna Karan, Kate Spade, Escada, YSL, Chanel, and others before opening his first salon, SEVEN, in 2003.[1] Azadganian opened a second, larger location in nearby Bellevue, Washington in 2005, and the original salon will expand and relocate to Seattle’s Pacific Place in 2008. Rodger Azadganian’s work has been featured in major publications such as InStyle, Lucky, and Allure.

[edit] SEVEN, the Salon
The unique SEVEN salons have gained both local and national notoriety, boasting impressive Eastern art collections, live disc jockeys spinning high-energy music, in house coffee bars, and an affluent clientele.[2] Azadganian employs a staff of experts with international experience and A-list histories: Rodger has styled the hair of Linda Evangelista, Donna Karan, Melinda Gates and Kate Spade, and his distinguished stylists have worked with celebrities from Sarah Jessica Parker to Paul McCartney.
Rodger Azadganian is known for his revolutionary cutting style, aiming to individualize hairstyles after studying the bone structure, skin tone and eye color of each client.[3] He is recognized for rejecting industry trends in hair design that are not suited for his clients’ unique facial features. The company has its own training center, where its stylists can continually further their education and practice new techniques.
Azadganian trademarked the line “Haircuts to suit your bone structure, color to enhance your skin and accentuate your eyes.TM”[4]

In 2006, Azadganian released a self-created line of 19 organically based hair care products under the label “SEVEN”.[5] The line, which is currently only available in his two salons, is preparing a national launch.

Rodger Azadganian has pursued other creative and business endeavors, authoring both a children’s book and a screenplay, and developing Beetleware, a software-based wireless inventory management system for salons.[6] He is often called upon by local and national newspapers, magazines, radio shows, and television programs to perform makeovers or offer expert advice.
Afternoon Delight (formerly "The Flow") is a local AM radio show hosted by Azadganian Tuesdays at 2pm PST.
