Rod Morgan

Rod Morgan is the current chair of the Youth Justice Board in England and Wales.

He is an expert advisor to Amnesty International and the Council of Europe on the prevention of torture and custodial issues.

He has written several books, including editing a textbook on criminology titled The Oxford Handbook of Criminology (2007) with Mike Maguire and Rob Reiner and Making Consultation Work: A Handbook for Those Involved in Police Community Consultation Arrangements (1995).
