Dr. Rod L. Evans was an author, lecturer and philosopher who wrote and spoke of ethics, addiction, and practical political philosophy[1]. He graduated from Old Dominion University in 1978, went on to earn his Ph.D from the University of Virginia in 1987, then became a Professor of Philosophy at Old Dominion.
