Can somebody explain what is the "Isp"?

There is no linking to other articles, it just appeared out of nowhere. Thanks

Can anyone explain what is "heptyl" fuel is? I have seen a recent article about a Russian Proton rocket explosian scattering "heptyl" fuel around. The Proton rocket article does not list "heptyl" as a fuel. I can find nothing telling a formula or any details. Help would be appreciated. Not sure what this is about:
