The rock bolt shown in the photo to the left does not seem to be supporting the wire mesh. The wire mesh is on the outside of the rock bolt. The wording of the article should be changed that describes this photo or the photo changed.

Moreover, the wire mesh is inadequate por support, not being of the triple torsion type. It is merely a restrain on pedestrian and intruders. The mesh is not related to the civil work, and the picture caption should say so.
