Rodney Hill, Jr. is an American rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. He is signed to So So Def/Island Urban through his own Rocky Road imprint.[1] His debut album, Self-Made, was released on March 18, 2008. The album sold nearly 28,000 copies in its first week of release.[2]

Rocko is the husband of R&B singer Monica. [1]
