"Rock Yo Hips" is the first single of the hip hop/crunk group Crime Mob's new album, Hated On Mostly. The song was released on August 29, 2006 as a digital download single on iTunes.
The music video premiered on BET.com on November 7, 2006. The style of the video is inspired by Historically black colleges, such as Morehouse and Spelman, in Atlanta.
There are three versions of the song:
1) Featuring Lil' Scrappy, minus one Crime Mob verse (Album)
2) Featuring Lil' Scrappy, full CM verses (Radio)
3) Without Lil' Scrappy
