"Rock Co.Kane Flow" is a single by De La Soul from their 2004 album, The Grind Date. The song features MF DOOM, and was produced by Jake One. In the song, Posdnuos gives a word of advice to hip hop's newcomers: "Everyone cools off from bein’ hot / It's about if you can handle bein’ cold or not."

Jake One's production samples Space's "Deliverance"; the song would be sampled again by Just Blaze in 2007, for Talib Kweli's "Hostile Gospel" (from Ear Drum). The song is notable for its slowing down of the vocals and music at the end of certain verses, a technique reminiscent of Southern hip hop's screw music.

De La Soul's label at the time, Matthew Knowles' Sanctuary Urban, folded soon after the release of this single.
