The use of this logo is believed to be fair use, for the following reasons:
- The image is the logo of Rocky Rococo, the presumed trademark holder, and its inclusion in the relevant articles adds significantly to their content by allowing a visual representation of the logo in articles which make specific reference to the entity in question.
- No free equivalent is available that would adequately give the same information, and none could be created.
- The image is freely available from many other sources on the Internet and its inclusion here is believed not to make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
