Thank you for starting an article (actually two articles) on Matthew Boulton College. A number of people have wanted this. It has already been discovered and is being expanded. This is how things should work!
Perhaps you had a change of mind about the name of the article, which is fine, but it is confusing to have two articles, so since the later one Matthew Boulton College of Further & Higher Education has not been updated by anyone then this is the one to go. I will mark it for deletion to avoid confusion. Once it has gone then the active article can be renamed (moved) to a suitable name if required, using the move tab on the top of the screen. It takes immediate effect when done. But that is a job for another day. Incidentally, the old name will be left as a redirect, or alias, in case anyone refers to it by that name.
